Mr. Schleifstein was born in Staten Island, New York; admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1993, the New York bar and U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey in 1994. Mr. Schleifstein is active in the promotion marketing industry as an association participant, lecturer and author, and practices extensively in the area of trademark law.
