About Shelly

Shelly M. Rowan is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law, and is a partner in the firm's Boulder, Colorado office. Before joining Cohen Silverman Rowan in 1996, she was a partner at Bradley, Campbell, Carney & Madsen in Golden, Colorado. She has practiced extensively in the highly regulated alcohol beverage industry for over 30 years. Ms. Rowan has frequently presented at the Brand Activation Association's (formerly the Promotion Marketing Association) annual Law Conference. She practices extensively in the area of alcohol beverage promotions.

Shelly Rowan was born in Yakima, Washington; admitted to the Colorado bar and U.S. District Court, District of Colorado in 1985.
