About Shelly

Shelly M. Rowan is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law, and recently retired from the firm. Before joining Cohen Silverman Rowan in 1996, she was a partner at Bradley, Campbell, Carney & Madsen in Golden, Colorado. She practiced extensively in the highly regulated alcohol beverage industry for over 30 years. Ms. Rowan frequently presented at the Brand Activation Association's (formerly the Promotion Marketing Association) annual Law Conference. She practiced extensively in the area of alcohol beverage promotions.

Shelly Rowan was born in Yakima, Washington; admitted to the Colorado bar and U.S. District Court, District of Colorado in 1985.
