Games of chance promotions in which the total prize pool is over $5,000 must be both bonded and registered (and an application fee paid) in the states of Florida and New York.
Registration documents must be filed with Florida at least 7 days prior to the start date, and at least 30 days prior to the start date in New York. Games of chance with a brick-and-mortar presence in Rhode Island and a total prize pool over $500 must be registered (and an application fee paid) in that state prior to the start date.
